Tanvi Goyal specializes in Constitutional and Administrative Law. She has pursued her B.A.LL.B. (Hons) course from Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur and LL.M. from Maharashtra National Law University, Aurangabad. She has a Diploma in Labor and Industrial Laws from MVP Law College, Nashik.
She is pursuing her PhD in the field of Environmental Law from UPES, Dehradun.  She has cleared her UGC NET and MH-SET in the year 2022.

She has more than three years of experience in the field of legal education. As an academician, she has served as Assistant Professor of Law at the Sandip Foundation, (School of Law), Nashik for over a year, wherein she has taught subjects like Public International Law, Constitutional Law, Labor Laws, Law of Evidence etc. She has also organized the National Moot Court Competition, Parliamentary Debates, coordinated seminars and guest lectures on various contemporary subjects. She has served as Assistant Professor of Law at the
Army Law College, Pune wherein she has taught subjects such as Constitutional Law, Public International Law, Competition Laws and Taxation Laws. She has worked as a Visiting Faculty in institutions such as MVP Law College, Nashik; G.J. Advani Law College, Mumbai and Career Law College, Bhopal having taught various legal subjects such as Law of Torts, Consumer Protection Act, Contract Law, Labor Laws etc.

She has a deep interest in research and has got noteworthy articles & research papers published in reputed journals and presented various research papers in Seminars/Conferences.

Her areas of interest include Constitutional Law, Labor Law, International Law, Competition Law, Taxation Laws etc.

She, presently, is serving as an Assistant Professor of Law at SVKM’s Pravin Gandhi College of Law, Mumbai.
