Profile :

Dr Vanita Agarwal is an academician, have taught graduate (LLB), post-graduate(LLM) and professional courses (CA, CS) at various Institutes like   

1. WIRC-ICAI – The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India,BKC, Bandra, 

1. WIRO-ICSI- The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Nariman Point, Mumbai.  

1. Pravin Gandhi College of Law, Jitendra Chouhan College of Law, MKES College of Law and various other palces. 

She has taught subjects like Intellectual Property, Transfer of property Law, Indian Evidence Act, Land Laws, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law, Criminal Procedure Code, FEMA, FDI, Economic Law, Business Law etc.  

She has experience of about 16 years in teaching, participating, and organizing national and international Webinars/seminars, Symposium and workshops. She did intensive research during her post-graduation on Business laws and during PhD Course on Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
