Overview:

One of the integral aspects of a company is its intellectual property. No company can exist without IPR. Both corporate laws and IPR have robust legal framework and has been evolving to meet increasing Intellectual Property Creations and Business Complexities in the corporate sector. It’s with this interrelationship that the centre for Corporate Laws and IPR is conceptualized and commenced. The objective of the centre is to build industry-academia relationship in the field of Corporate Laws and IPR. The centre aims to work towards a mutually beneficial model by undertaking research assignments and conducting workshops and seminars on contemporary issues.
