  • The Three-day event ‘Shastrartha – A Legal Philosophical Discourse’ was organised from 22nd February, 2018 to 24th February, 2018. Mr. Bhagwantrao More, (IPS), Member, MSHRC was the Chief Guest at the inaugural function. Interactive Sessions and innovative competitions were held for the benefit of the students.

  • Annual Issue of the Students’ Newsletter “L’avocat” was released on 27th January, 2018 by Mr. Mohan Sivanand, Editor-in-Chief (Retd.), Readers Digest.
  • Fresher’s Meet – 2017 was held on 29th – 30th November, 2017.

  • The College Moot Court Society [MCS] organised Nyayavalokan 2017 - National Trial Advocacy and Judgment Writing Competition from 5th October, 2017 to 8th October, 2017. Mr. Amin Solkar, Mr. Devendra Singh, Advocate, High Court Bombay and Mr. Hiten Venegaonkar, Addl. Public Prosecutor was the Chief Guest at the inaugural function. The Finals of the National Trial Advocacy & Judgment Writing Competition was adjudged by Hon’ble Justice Makarand Karnik and Hon’ble Justice Sarang Kotwal, Bombay High Court.

  • Pravin Gandhi College of Law and Jitendra Chauhan College of Law organised National Workshop on ‘Free and Fee based Legal Databases: An Aid to Legal Research’ on 24th March, 2018. Ms. Uma Narayan, Deputy Registrar, Library Museum, Legal Research and Publications was the Chief Guest at the inaugural function.
  • The College’s Women Development Cell and Internal Quality Assessment Committee in collaboration with Confederation of Indian Industry celebrated ‘International Women’s Day’ on 8th March, 2018.  Ms. Harshini Kanhekar, Senior Fire Officer, Oil and Natural Gas Corporation, Mumbai was the Chief Guest for the programme.
  • The College’s Society for the Advancement of International Law and Affairs (SAIL) organised a discussion on ‘Indian Ocean Region : Battle for Supremacy (Tug of War Between India & China)' on 26th March, 2018.
  • A Guest Lecture on ‘Advocacy (Mooting) as a learning and teaching tool’ by Dr. Theresa Lynch, Director of Advocacy, Birmingham Law School, University of Birmingham on 1st February, 2018 for Fifth Year B.L.S./LL.B. students.
  • The College in association with Department of Forensic Medicine of Hindu Hruday Samrat Balasaheb Thackarey Medical College organised ‘Medico-Legal Workshop’ at Cooper Hospital on 6th – 10th February, 2018.

  • The College’s Constitutional Law and Policy Reform Society (CLPRS) organised virtual workshop on ‘Constitutional Law Debates’ in association with Centre for Law and Policy Research (CLPR) conducted by Vineeth Krishna, Lead Associate Editor, Constitutional and Civic Citizenship Project along with PRAJA Foundation on 23rd January, 2018.
  • Interactive Session on ''How to Read and Understand Financial Statements” in association with CII Indian Women Network conducted by Dr Sangeeta Pandit, HOD, Finance at Sydenham Institute of Management (SIMSREE), Professor/Corporate & Faculty Trainer on 25th January, 2018.
  • An IQAC Initiative Guest Lectures by Dr. Meeta Shah, Clinical Psychologist, Psychotherapist and Counsellor, NMIMS University from 22.01.2018 to 25.01.2018 for the students of Second Year B.L.S./LL.B., Fourth Year B.L.S./LL.B. and Fifth Year B.L.S./LL.B. classes.
  • A Guest Lecture on ‘Marine Pollution: Issues & Concerns’ by Adv. Afroz Shah was held on 9th December, 2017.
